Texas Army Guardsmen prepare a Texas State Guard simulated casualty for movement during an exercise. Patients are transported from local medical facilities to the Valley International Airport and given over the hands of the Texas Military Department for transport to a higher level of care in Harlingen, Texas, on June 9, 2016.
