Lt. Joseph Rudolph, a boat division officer with the Port Security Unit 311, ties down a boat at the Port of Tacoma, Wash., after conducting a water security patrol at the Port of Tacoma, Wash., June 13. The patrol was part of Joint Logistics Over the Shore training during which forces from the Coast Guard, Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines worked together to deliver humanitarian aid in the event of a natural disaster.
