Imua Dawn16 focuses on maneuver support operations and enhancing cooperative capabilities in mobility, humanitarian assistance and disaster relief (HADAR), noncombatant evacuation operations (NEO), and sustainment support in the event of natural disasters and other crises that threaten public safety and health. HADAR and NEO training activities enable our Service members to get to know each other, train and learn together to provide assistance to regional communities in the Pacific.
