Participants ask questions during the Ground Safety for Marines course June 16 aboard Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. The course provides Occupational Safety and Health training to all military and civilian personnel assigned to duties in ground safety. Marine Corps Installations Pacific is committed and essential to maintaining Marine Corps Forces Pacific’s high state of training and combat readiness. To help accomplish this, every unit is required to have a safety officer or manager.
