Ferguson III, in Bancroft Hall at the U.S. Naval Academy, following Ferguson's retirement ceremony June 16th, 2016. Ferguson most recently commanded U.S. Naval Forces Europe and U.S. Naval Forces Africa and is retiring after 38 years of service in the U.S. Navy.
