The 2016 DoD Warrior Games includes archery, both recurve bow, seen here, compound bow. Some injuries prohibit the athlete from using both hands when shooting. In true adaptive sport style, some of the archers adapt and overcome the loss of the use of a limb and pull the bow string back with their teeth as seen here. The Games, running from June 15-21, are a Paralympic-type event for wounded, ill and injured personnel from the military representing all four U.S. Services, Special Operations Command and the United Kingdom.
