Soldiers of Alpha Battery, 1st Battalion, 487th Field Artillery, Hawaii Army National Guard utilize their knowledge and skills to conduct fire mission operations during the Exportable Combat Training Capacity program June 13 at Camp Roberts, California. XCTC focuses on fully instrumental and realistic collective training to certify platoon & company level training proficiency in coordination with First Army. Commanders and leaders assess their Soldiers strengths and weaknesses during a video review session after training which aids in their proficiency as an individual, team, platoon, unit and brigade.
