MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. - Michelle Mathews, center, and her fellow Midshipmen wait for instruction on the next phase of their training evolution during the Career Orientation and Training of Midshipmen program at Camp Pendleton June 16, 2016. Mathews plays volleyball for Villanova University and runs on her spare time in order to keep her physical fitness at a high level and relieve stress. The CORTRAMID program allows college students like Mathews to familiarize themselves with some of the Marine Corps and Navy military operations and tactics without disrupting their education.
