Brinda Hazard (center), realty services team lead, reviews the real property data with real estate specialists of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Alaska District. The district’s Real Estate Branch conducted an inventory of the buildings on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. The task served as a training opportunity to learn how to measure buildings, sidewalks and record the acquired data. The purpose of the assignment was to verify the real property inventory list and help prepare the real estate instrument that authorizes the district headquarters and its buildings to reside on the installation.
