Soldiers of Charlie Battery, 1st Battalion, 487th Field Artillery, Hawaii Army National Guard utilize their knowledge and skills to treat a casualty while conducting convoy operations during the Exportable Combat Training Capacity program June 14 at Camp Roberts, California. XCTC focuses on fully instrumental and realistic collective training to certify platoon & company level training proficiency in coordination with First Army. Commanders and leaders assess their Soldiers strengths and weaknesses during a video review session after training which aids in their proficiency as an individual, team, platoon, unit and brigade.
