US Army Reserve Soldiers of the 385th Movement Control Team (MCT) out of Ft. Bragg, N.C. led by 1st Lt. Tyler Strom conduct an early morning session of physical fitness training. It is crucially important that Soldiers not only train in their individual and unit skills but ensure that their level of physical fitness remains strong as well as an essential part of Soldier readiness. This particular session of physical fitness training took place at Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif. on June 7, 2016 and was conducted as a part of the 91st Training Divisions CSTX.
