Soldiers from the 1st Battalion, 7th Air Defense Artillery (Southwest Asia) participate in an NCO Induction Ceremony at a non-disclosed base in Southwest Asia, March 29. During the ceremony, 16 Soldiers were recognized and sponsored into the U.S. Army's non-commissioned officer corps. Command Sgt. Maj. James T. Carr, the Air Defense Artillery Regimental command sergeant major and U.S. Army Air Defense Artillery School command sergeant major, served as the featured guest speaker for the event. All of the deployed Soldiers are from Fort Bragg, N.C.
