Lt. Col. Steven M. Sutey speaks at a joint Leadership Course graduation June 23, 2016 at Robertson Barracks in Darwin, Australia. Sutey is the commanding officer of Marine Rotational Force – Darwin, and spoke about noncommissioned officer leadership and the challenges the students went through.
