Marines and sailors with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command, and sailors with USS Oak Hill (LSD 51) disembark gear and vehicles on to Landing Craft Utility that will transport everything to Puerto Castilla, Honduras, June 15, 2016. The SPMAGTF-SC is composed of approximately 300 Marines and sailors from 42 different units across 20 states, the majority of which are from Marine Forces Reserve. During their deployment, SPMAGTF-SC Marines and sailors will work and train alongside their counterparts in Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Belize and be on standby to provide humanitarian assistance and disaster relief in case of a major disaster.
