Mr. James D. Melville, U.S. Ambassador to Estonia provides encouragement to U.S. Army Sgt. Lutz and Sgt. Betterly, Forward Support Company, 15th Engineer Battalion, as they prepare for a soap box car derby near Central Training Area, Estonia on June 4, 2016 during Operation Resolute Castle. Soldiers from the 902nd Engineer Construction Company participated in the festival in order to solidify their ties with the local community.
