This training is designed to enhance the interoperability of the combined RIMPAC during military operations in the maritime environment. Exercise Rim of the Pacific 16 is the world's largest international maritime exercise, and provides a unique training opportunity that helps participants foster and sustain cooperative relationships that are critical to ensuring the safety of sea lanes and on the world's oceans.
