    160709-N-UD666-014 PACIFIC OCEAN (July 9, 2016) Operations Specialist 3rd Class John Goodwin mans the radar on the bridge of the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70). Carl Vinson is currently underway with embarked Carrier Air Wing 2 and Destroyer Squadron 1 conducting the Tailored Ship's Training Availability (TSTA) and Final Evaluation Problem in preparation for their upcoming deployment.
