U.S. Soldiers of 1483rd Transportation Company, 541st Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, a national guard unit from Ohio operating out of Taji, Iraq prepare for the transport of ambush-protected vehicles being taken to Joint Base Balad, April 14. The national guard unit, having just replaced the 2025th Transportation Company, carries on the primary mission of moving equipment for redeploying units in the south.
