John Toolan, the commanding general of Fleet Marine Force, Pacific, takes part in the Pacific Command Amphibious Leaders Symposium 2016 conference in San Diego, Calif., July 11, 2016. PALS is one of the many events the Marine Corps participates in to strengthen interoperability and working relationships across a wide range of operations.
