JBSA FORT SAM HOUSTON- Command Sergeant Major Paul Swanson unveils Major General Jones’ Officer Flag during the promotion ceremony at the MacArthur Parade Field. The flag will always accompany the General Officer everywhere he goes, a tradition authorized by the War Department in August 1903.
