DIEGO GARCIA (June 15, 2016) - Utilitiesman 2nd Class Aaron Esala, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, uses a sledgehammer to place a stake behind the formwork of the ramp construction project in Diego Garcia, June 15. The stake holds the formwork in place, along with kickers, to provide a storm and stable form for holding the concrete ramp squared and to proper project specifications.
