Brig. Gen. Richard Mills, commanding general of 1st Marine Expeditionary Force (FWD), presents Lance Cpl. Jonathan T. Burson with the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal April 19 at Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan. Burson's actions in the beginning of April prevented a suicide and saved that Marine's life at Camp Leatherneck.
