A 41st Airlift Squadron loadmaster directs a maintainer from the 19th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron as he uses a forlift to place a pallet loaded with military gear onto a C-130J in support of exercise Arctic Anvil at Ladd Army Airfield Alaska July 20, 2016. The 41st AS is conducting training in Alaska to prepare for the terrain present in austere locations.
