Robey Brantley, 194th Engineer Brigade Forward Commander, Duration, Resolute Castle 16 officer-in-charge of the Tennessee National Guard. Col Brantley visited the training job sites and soldiers during his observation of Cincu Training Range, July 10, 2016. The Alabama National Guard is participating in Operation Resolute Castle 16 in Cincu, Romania from April through September 2016. The 186th Eng. Co. soldiers are working alongside members of the Romanian Land Forces on various vertical engineering projects to help meet the Romanian's training and infrastructure needs.
