Elizabeth Rodriguez, chief nutritionist with the 1207th U.S. Army Hospital, helps a student prepare ingredients during a healthy cooking demonstration July 20, 2016. Rodriguez conducted the class during an Innovative Readiness Training mission on the Lower Brule Indian Reservation located 61 miles southeast of Pierre, S.D. IRT allows Soldiers to use their skill set in real-world environments that that positively impact communities.
