160702-M-PC554-011 Kuwait (July 2, 2016) U.S. Marines with the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit wash High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles. The Marine Corps has to abide by U.S. Department of Agriculture and Department of Defense regulations designed to keep dirt and agricultural hazards out of the United States, and dangerous items out of international ports.
