Members of the 145th Logistics Readiness Squadron small air terminal, to include part-time and full-time guardsmen and women, took part in a MAX flight formation and air drop training mission at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, N.C., Feb. 6, 2016. MAX flight is a term used to describe a mission where the entire fleet of C-130 Hercules aircraft and pallets assigned to the 145th Airlift Wing are utilized in a single event.
