Col. Raad Hussein Abdullah, director of the Mosul Regional Correctional Facility, has implemented job skills for inmates at this correctional facility. Inmates are learning job ethics by learning how to make rugs, painting, shoe making, sculpting, doing laundry, and other basic jobs around the facility.
