Sgt. 1st Jason Garcia, Third Army G-32 Aviation Operations non-commissioned officer in charge, presents Col. (Ret.) Bruce P. Crandall, Medal of Honor recipient, with a combat patch from the 1st Cavalry Division at Third Army's fourth-annual International Aviation Symposium in Atlanta, Ga., May 3. Crandall delivered the opening comments to participants from eight partner nations and talked about the importance the symposium has on increasing interoperability with partner nations.
