    Sandbags laid in place by sailors from the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 7 (Seabees), Gulfport, Miss., form a water runoff collection point where one previously didn't exist at the Petionville internally displaced persons camp in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, April 26. The Seabees have been at the IDP camp setting up retaining walls, drainage ditches and overseeing garbage removal.
