Civil Engineer Maintenance Inspection Repair Team (CEMIRT) electricians listen to Mr. Randy E. Brown, a member of the Senior Executive Service, Director, Air Force Civil Engineer Center, during a recent tour a Travis AFB, Calif., Aug 4, 2016.
