FORT CARSON, Colorado – Cpl. Cory Fitchett, multiple launch rocket system operations specialist, Battery B, 2nd Battalion, 4th Field Artillery Regiment, 75th Field Artillery Brigade, ties down equipment during rail-load operations for 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, at the Fort Carson railhead, Aug. 8, 2016.
