Col. David Wilson, the incoming Chief of Ordnance, receives the Ordnance Corps colors from Maj. Gen. Darrell K. Williams, CASCOM and Fort Lee commanding general, during an assumption of command ceremony Wednesday at Whittington Parade Field located on the Ordnance Campus. Wilson replaced Col. James Groark, who served on an interim basis.
