U.S. Airmen and British Royal Air Force service members work together to move a tent that is part of the En Route Patient Staging System (ERPSS) to be used during exercise Patriot Warrior at Tactical Assembly Area Young, Fort McCoy, Wis., August 11, 2016. ERPSS is used for staging of patients and provides support along with continuity of medical care during patient movement out of combat theater. Patriot Warrior is a joint exercise designed to demonstrate contingency deployment training ranging from bare base buildup to full operational capabilities. More than 11,000 members from the U.S. service branches and their Reserve components, including Air Force, Army, Navy, and Marines are participating alongside British, Canadian, and Saudi Arabian forces.
