Cpl. Nicholas Garner, a Motor Transportation mechanic with Headquarters and Service Company, 1st Tank Battalion, adjusts a voltage regulator on a humvee at Mihail Kogalniceanu Airfield motor pool, May 10. The humvee, along with several other tactical vehicles, were supplied to the battalion by Marine Corps Prepositioning Program Norway, and will be used to support the battalion's military-to-military training and peacekeeping operations during Black Sea Rotational Force 2010.
