Lt. Gen. Ben Dolorfino, commander, Western Mindanao Command, Armed Forces of the Philippines, awards Petty Officer 2nd Class Jody Brommer, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 1, the Philippine Military Civic Action Medal during an awards ceremony held at the Western Mindanao Command Headquarters May 13. Twenty-five Seabees received the medal for their accomplishments over the past 10 months, including civil military operations and humanitarian assistance construction projects.
