Staff Sgt. Reginald Scott, a construction and asphalt equipment operator with Headquarters Support Company, 62nd Engineer Battalion, 16th Engineer Brigade, gets hands-on training with an Iraqi army RPK light machinegun during an Iraqi army weapons familiarization course July 24-26. More than eighty of the brigade's Soldiers attended one of the four classes conducted as part of the Shadow Program – a training partnership between the brigade and the 6th Iraqi Army Division designed to further integrate the IA engineers while paving the way for future joint missions.
