A Seabee from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Four Zero (NMCB-40) drives a nail into the framework of a generator shelter outside the battalion's headquarters. NMCB-40 falls under the 9th Navy Construction Regiment, the first reserve regimental headquarters to be deployed to Iraq under its own pennant.
