Pallets full of tents headed to help displaced victims of the flooded areas around Kulob, Tajikistan, are loaded into the back of a C-17 Globemaster at an airfield in Kuwait May 16. The U.S. aid, part of Tajikistan's call for international assistance, was delivered by Soldiers attached to Third Army in cooperation with the 21st Airlift Squadron from Travis Air force Base, Calif.
