Stewart Fearon, chief, directorate of public works (DPW), 63rd Regional Support Command, briefs center managers and facility coordinators about the role of DPW as part of the Base Operations Workshop (BASOPS) hosted by the 63rd RSC, Aug. 17, Armed Forces Reserve Center, Mountain View, Calif. The BASOPS workshop, held Aug 16-18, was aimed at improving the performance and knowledge of center managers and coordinators throughout the command’s 7 state area-of-responsibility in the South West region, which serves as home to nearly 150 Army Reserve facilities.
