PACIFIC OCEAN (Aug. 18, 2016) The amphibious transport dock ship USS Somerset (LPD 25) moves into position for an underway replenishment while USS Makin Island (LHD 8), left, and USS Comstock (LSD 45), right, refuel with USNS Yukon (T-AO 202), middle, off the coast of Southern California. Somerset, part of the Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group (ARG), is preparing for its upcoming maiden deployment, conducting Composite Training Unit Exercise with the ARG and 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit.
