Jared LeBlanc, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, both with the 922nd Engineer Company, 769th Brigade Engineer Battalion, work together to rescue one of four citizens (all rescued) whose boat had capsized in fast-moving floodwaters in the French Settlement area.
