Matt Meily of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard's 213th Personnel Company looks for casualties as he enters a simulated attack zone during his Combat Lifesaver Course training exercise May 20 at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pa. The training lanes feature realistic battle sounds, smoke, obstacles and live soldiers acting as casualties in order to better train soldiers for deployment.
