Jared Belisle, a crew chief with Company C, 1st General Support Aviation Battalion, 111th Aviation Regiment, helps guide a hoist line while a German soldier is being raised toward a hovering HH-60M Black Hawk helicopter during medevac and hoist training near Erbil, Iraq, Aug. 20, 2016.
