Petty Officer 3rd Class Jonathan Gonzales, a boatswain's mate aboard USCGC Sequoia (WLB-215), monitors a diver from Navy EOD's Mobile Unit 5 while working Apra Outer Harbor Entrance Lighted Buoy No. 1 (LLNR 30690) off Guam, Aug. 26, 2016. The divers provided assistance by locating the sunken buoy with a remotely operated vehicle and using float bags they placed a lift chain allowing Sequoia to recover the sunken hull and replaced it with a new buoy.
