    Williamstown, N.J., resident and Mobilzation Readiness Battalion member, Spc. Jonathan Crismond helps Peter Meyer, from Mahwah, N.J., adjust his kevlar helmet during the Army Support Activity-Dix 2010 Boss Lift May 21. The Boss Lift is an annual event for employers of Army Reserve and National Guard Soldiers to come to ASA-Dix to see some of the things that their employees do when they wear the military uniform. During the event, the employers were transported by Black Hawk helicopters out to the training ranges where they fired weapons and watched the Soldiers conduct various training exercises.
