Ms. Lisa Piascik, team leader of the Diayala Provincinal Reconstruction Team, Abdul Nassir Muntasser Billan Al-Mahdawi, geverner of Diyala province, and Quam'maqam Zaid, mayor of Muqdadiyah, Iraq, cut the ribbon marking the grand opening of the Al Kihndi school in Muqdaiyah as spectators and media crowd around, May 24. After a three month reconstruction effort, the school was complete and open to the public to tour.
