Maj. Anthony Frank, the 1st Marine Division (FWD) development officer, looks around the seed distribution center that could possibly be used as a vocational school in the future. Coming to the area and seeing the site in person gives the Marines the perspective necessary to determine what would be needed to provide help to the Afghan government to turn the rundown building back into a vocational school.
