U.S. Army Spc. Britney Frazier and Cpl. Dale Comella, combat medics assigned to the Guardians Maneuver Element, 17th Fires Brigade, treat Spc. Samantha Ciaramitaro, who was suffering from the extreme heat while visiting the Ziggurat of Ur, near Contingency Operating Base Adder, Iraq May 18. Ciaramitaro was quickly given two intravenous therapy, also known as IV therapy, and safely returned to duty.
