160831-N-JK586-001 STENNIS SPACE CENTER, Miss. --Students attending the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School's International Tactical Communications Course participate in a practical exercise at NAVSCIATTS' facilities on the John C. Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. ITCC is a five-week course designed to provide personnel with specialized unclassified training in tactical voice and data communications using the Harris RF5800 or RF7800 MP and HH radios. NAVSCIATTS is a Security Cooperation schoolhouse operating under the U.S. Special Operations Command in support of Foreign Security Assistance and Geographic commander's Theater Security Cooperation.
